Previously leading global businesses and delivering transformative advisory work in over 50 countries across a broad set of sectors and practice areas, Drew was pleased to return to his Atlantic Canadian roots to lead and help launch MC Advisory. As Managing Director, Drew aims to help Atlantic Canadian leaders to innovate, transform and plan for success over the long term.

Drew’s most recent experience includes supporting tech start-ups with their growth and scale up strategies through his own advisory firm, Drew Barbour Advisory Inc., being an Advisory Partner with Ernst & Young in Toronto, and an Executive Vice President with Capgemini’s Group Executive Leadership Team, based in their New York Office. As a leader in strategy and transformation, Drew has built a track record of turning around challenging operations and building new global practices in difficult environments.

Drew proudly lives in New Brunswick, where he likes to stay active. He enjoys many outdoor sports such as fly fishing, golfing, and mountain biking, as well as cooking, painting and music.
