The litigation practice group provides highly diversified litigation services to a broad range of clients with a wide variety of interesting and sophisticated matters. The litigation practice group appear at every level of court in the Atlantic Provinces, and in the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. As well, regularly appearing at all levels of administrative and regulatory tribunals, and in arbitrations and mediations.
Who You Are
As an ideal candidate you are exceptionally client focused and an effective communicator. With a strength in efficiency and time management, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload while also assisting senior counsel and, participation in the ligation practice group. You hold a membership in good standing with a provincial bar, along with 3 to 5 years’ experience in litigation.
