Reenat comes to MC advisory with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Human Resources, having worked for more than 16 years across various industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, financial, education & public sector. Reenat has held several leadership roles in complex unionized and non-unionized environments. She is also a trained facilitator and has thousands of hours of training under her belt.

Reenat brings the experience, learning and best practice from fast paced global organizations where she worked in senior HR roles prior to migrating to Canada and has gained substantial HR leadership experience in Canada to continue to contribute in the field of Strategic HR Development.

Her ability to see the bigger picture and make data driven strategic decisions gives her the edge as a strategic HR partner for your business. As an extroverted, empathetic and personable communicator, Reenat focuses on building strong professional relationships based on trust and respect, which has been an asset throughout her career especially as a HR professional.

A seasoned, certified human resources professional, Reenat has worked and led talent acquisition for more than 10 years. Most recently, Reenat has led the development of the youth and immigration strategy for the province of Nova Scotia.
