He has held senior leadership roles in both growth-stage and established enterprises, partnering closely with boards, CEOs, and executive teams to align strategy with disciplined operational execution.
Alan is widely recognized for his ability to step into complex or transitional environments and provide steady, hands-on leadership. As an interim executive and operations transformation leader, he has guided organizations through scale-up phases, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, organizational redesign, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
